Trimmer Metrics

These metrics are emitted by the tiered trimmer in korvet-storage-segmented.

Trimmer failures by lifecycle phase and error type.

Name: korvet.storage.trimmer.failures
Type: counter

`phase`	Logical trimmer phase (e.g. `start`).

Retention trim outcomes. The total per tier is derivable as the sum over results, so a separate streams-visited counter is unnecessary.
